Rezumat

Analysis of the business environment in Moldova and of the activity of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova (CCI of RM) in terms of its impact on the business environment, has allowed us to conclude that it is influenced by the macro environmental factors, trying to adapt to the macro-systems, being also an organic-adaptive organization, it affects both, the outputs and some of the systems’ features it contacts with. We plan to pursue the influences of this organization on the business environment, as well as the influences on the Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the business environment. From this point of view, we grouped the services and the actions of the CCI of RM depending on their impact on macro-business environment, through the 4 factors: political-legal, economic, socio-cultural and technological factors. We analyzed the specific and the general environmental factors which influence the activity of the CCI of RM, concluding that they interact with each other and, together or independently, influence and are influenced by the Chamber.
