Tomorrow's society members receive the best education at University which has become a center advocating for the concept of changing the old values, but accepting the idea that the student bears their own value system. The role of the university is to create backgrounds in all fields, to promote cultural values and to make students adopt them. The academic environment with its clearly specific culture influences the students’ behavior. Cultural values promoted in academia produce many effects on students, such as: they develop moral values and concern for others that are reflected in their behavior, facilitate adaptation in academia, develop respect for self and others etc. Knowledge and analysis of cultural and behavior values in academic environment suggest ways of implementing counseling programs for students with adaptation difficulties.
