Evaluarea stiin]ei, inovării si comparabilitatea indicatorilor statistici privind fondul interna]ional refl ectă competitivitatea ]ării si pozi]ia sa în ceea ce priveste domeniul stiin]ei, inovării si distribu]ia de noi tehnologii. O în]elegere mai bună a factorilor care contribuie la succes în aceste domenii constă în utilizarea indicatorilor ca instrumente de identifi care a celor mai bune practici. Statisticile existente sunt mult prea fragmentate. De asemenea, putem men]iona lipsa de informa]ii cu privire la inovare si transfer tehnologic. Astfel, este evidentă necesitatea de creare a unui sistem statistic informa]ional în domeniul stiin]ei, inovării si transferului tehnologic în Republica Moldova. Un astfel de sistem ar trebui să fi e viabil si comparabil, să se bazeze pe indicatorii statistici relevan]i pentru a refl ecta veridic situa]ia la nivel na]ional si pentru comparabilitate interna]ională. Succesul legat de elaborarea indicatorilor va depinde par]ial de capacitatea de a îmbunătă]i informa]iile disponibile. Astfel, se va realiza o privire generală asupra situa]iei existente, pentru identifi carea în continuare a priorită]ilor si selectarea celor mai importante subiecte.

The evaluation of the science, innovation and comparability of statistics indicators on international background refl ect country competitiveness and its position regarding the fi eld of science, innovation and distribution of new technologies. Better comprehensions of the factors that contribute to the success in these fi elds consist in by using the proper indicators like instruments of identifi cation of the best practice. The existent statistics are much fragmentized. Also we can mention the lack of information regarding innovation and technological transfer. Thus, it is obvious the necessity of creation of the statistical informational system in the domain of science, innovation and technological transfer in the Republic of Moldova. Such a system should be viable and comparable, have to base on the relevant statistic indicators both for refl ecting the situation at the national level and international comparability. The success related to the indicators elaboration will depend partial on the ability to improve the available information. Thus, it will be given a general look on the existent situation, for the further identifi cations of priorities and selections of the most important subjects.
