For classification of degree of decease and the extern of pathological changes in the bone tissue we had carried out biochemical, sciatic graphical, morphological researches. Displayed surgical treatment of Blount's illness on children older than 3 years old. The best and most stable results of treatment of Blount's illness have been achieved with the help of surgical treatment in accordance with method of P. Хирургическое лечение показано при болезни Блаунта у детей старше 3 лет. Наиболее эффективные и стабильные результаты при этом заболевании были получены после хирургическое коррекции по методу Мороз (за последние 20 лет один неудовлетворительный результат). При диспластических диафизарных деформации было использовано для коррекций сегментарная диафизарная остеотомии с поворотом сегмента на 180 °. Изучение хорошие отдаленных результат у детей позволяет считать что реабилитации и восстановительного лечения у детей имеет большое значение для профилактики деформации рецидива.
