Physic-chemical analysis effected on grapes of the distant hybrids of the vine (V. vinifera
L. x V. rotundifolia Michx.) of F4 has shown the concentration of phenolic substances, resveratrols, pectins
to be relatively higher than in varieties of the vine of cultura (V. vinifera L.). However, the vine of forests
(V. sylvestris Gmel.) encompases much more higher concentrations of phenolic substances, resveratrols,
pectins and so on comparatively to those of the distant hybrids of the vine (V. vinifera L. x V. rotundifolia
Michx.) of F4 generation. |
