Under conditions of world economic crisis the reputation of organization takes an added value. The reputation itself becomes the engine of business development. In the article the difference of notion image and reputation is given. Reputation is being considered as important non-material active that brings considerable revenue to organization. The system of measures to manage the reputation is proposed. |
