The nature of banking institutions and the context of current competition is driving them to maintain existing customers, target achievable through meeting customers requirements and only then to attract new ones. Because of the importance that customer loyalty has in banking business, analyzing and
understanding customer behavior is a main component of business marketing, thus, allowing the bank to anticipate the likely reactions of customers and to influence the structure of products and services. |
