Starting the way of creating of the state of law, Republic of Moldova has undertaken the responsibility of selecting the most progressive „juridical manners”, in order to insure the supremacy of law, guaranteeing the observance of the law, guaranteeing the observance of the human rights. This fact inevitably attracted the necessity of a study in the field of acts put forward by the state, among which there is the Constitutional Court of Republic of Moldova. |
