The study included a synteses of dates from the native literature and the foreign that reflects the last researches in the field of obstetrics that are connected with the study of the problems imposed by hypochinetic dystocia. The dates from the literature states that the pathology of the forces of contraction remains one of the most important problems in the contemporary obstetrics. This pathology does not have the tendency to decrease. The study of the theses was done and it had the aim to study the dates about the case history of gynecology, obstetrics, the evolution of pregnancy of the patients included in the studies, the way of giving birth the problems during the process of giving birth and the state of the baby and the studies in comparison with the way of development of the baby, of the mother and the impact of the evolution of the birth were done on the bases of the method of questions. The results of the studies stated the appearance of the lack of forces of contractions of the lack of forces of expulsion where prevails the insuficiency of expulsion of 40%, secondary hypotony 38,1%, of primary hypotony 21,9%. The anamnestico-clinical datesand the evolution of pregnancy showed the facts of risk in the appearance of lack of forces of contractions.The dates of evolution of the pregnancy prevail also in the feto-maternal difficulties.The results of the reaserches showed the main methods of investigations and proved the efficiecy in debating of the hypochinetic dystocia of contractions with oxytocine. |
