The analysis of the literature and the physical education practice regarding the insufficient level of development and physical training of the young students at the contemporary stage comes with the necessity of involving students in various forms of practicing physical exercises that will contribute to professional development and improvement of the physical condition. In this paper, the authors address the issue of complex organization of the physical education process of the students of higher educational institutions specialized in medicine and the experimental influence on the improvement of the functional state through their involvement in a program of extracurricular activities as necessity and sports interests. |
