hich is considered as the supreme form of realisation in practice of the
state. In the article is spent the idea that the state of law is not just conditioned
a society, and first of all, process of its ability to live. The authors consider
that the state of law is not just a simple presence of any political institutes
at a society, and interdependence and interconditionality of his core, fundamental
principles in practical activities of the state.
On the example of Republic of Moldova it is shown how step by step the
state of law by reforms and transformations of social attitudes and education
of citizens is under construction. For Republic of Moldova the state of law –
the main vector of the development of the society, an ideal to which it moves.
And though, the results are not so impressive, nevertheless, they show ireversibility
of democratic development. |
