This article concerns the problems regarding the future of human society.
It deals with those problems and contradictions, which our country faces
during some social transformations. The author analyses some aspects of the
postindustrial society, so they should be taken into consideration in the elaboration
of some recovery strategies of our country. In this regard the author
presents a succinct characteristic of the term ,,postindustrial society” and the
analysis of social-economic essence of this social model. It is mentioned that
it is a society which supposes the automation of production processes, computing
and introduction of some new biotechnologies.
In this article the author analyses the transformation processes of work
character which turned out to be the consequences of a personal computer
creation which supposes the increase of human potential in different activity
fields. As a result, the necessity to work becomes incompatible with its alienated
character. The economic transformations create such premises which,
at length, become a character, first of all for the personality self-accomplishment.
The author tries to realize a bundle between the development of economic
processes and the formation of the unproductive sphere, of human capital.
A great role within this process is played by the family and education.
The fields which consolidate considerably the man’s social relations and his
manifestation possibilities are politics, social and administrative self-running,
that’s why the author pays a great attention to these problems.
In the context of this analysis, there are some references to our country’s
situation and its problems. The author tries to determine the stage of its social
evolution. |
