Clinical evolutive aspects have been analyzed in 45 patients with hepatorenal syndrome. We have established that renal failure is a frequent complication of liver cirrhosis and unfavorable pronostic index. The patients with hepatic dysfunction can develop hepatorenal syndrome, caracterized by a marked reduction of renal flux and important hemodinamic modifications. |
