This article reflects the problem of training the future teachers in terms of psycho-pedagogical problems they face in the field. This aspect is translated into all the skills that each teacher must have formed at an optimal level. The article includes results of research conducted by students of the Faculty of Education, the State University of Tiraspol (based in Chisinau). The spectrum of skills that are necessary in solving the high level problems related to the leaming process and the school, like an early school leaving. |
