The article presents the role of communication skills on the part of university teaching staff in the professional and personality development of students. Based on the findings of experimental research, it examines the practical aptitudes of professors and lecturers to influence through communication and therefore to motivate students to develop the personal and social skills characteristic of an intellectual. |
