Introduction. Modern methodologies for learning the Romanian language by medical students, in this case a specialized language in a foreign language, have as a scientific premise the didactic approach based on the theory that the language is a well-organized system, within which the basic elements they are arranged according to certain laws, norms and in interconditioning relations. Objective of the study. The proposed goal is to learn a specialized language, in our medical case by foreign students in Romanian through creative applications in conversations of the language units studied based on reading, dialogues or various types of exercises. Materials and methods. The investigative methods used are theoretical and praxiological: scientific documentation, observation and analysis of the investigated material. Results. The results of the study find that both the paradigmatic and the syntagmatic model have a common fundamental objective, namely, the use of units of the acquired language analytically (paradigmatically), in the syntagmatic chain of speech, by following an extensive and difficult path: from aptitude to communication performance of foreign students in Romanian language, thus developing creative skills in the process of medical communication. Conclusions. In the classroom there must be a continuous transition from learning by analogy to learning by analysis, from inductive to deductive processes. Freedom to use language will, however, develop only as the student develops control of the system as a whole. |
