Описан редкий случай, наследственного заболевания почек, с нарушением процессов концентрирования мочи ,в связи с дисфункцией почечных канальцев, при этом органические повреждения структур почек не обнаруживаются. В основе заболевани лежит неспособность почечных канальцев концентрирывать мочу выше уровня первичной мочи.

It is described a rare case of inherited illnes of kidney with distorsion in the process of concentratin of urine. Related with disfunction of kidney chaneles, in that considering organic distorsion of kidney structure not found. The main thing of the illnes, is that of inability of chaneles to concentrate urine on uper level that of the first one.
