Background. The COVID-19 pandemic began in late 2019 and continues to this day. The public health emergency has led to the development of vaccines against COVID-19 in record time. The development of safe, effective, and affordable vaccines against COVID-19 remains the cornerstone for mitigating this pandemic. Objective of the study. Evaluation of adverse events in Covid-19 vaccines in relation to some medical and social characteristics of those vaccinated. Material and Methods. The research was carried out by detecting the adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccines, as well as the assessment of the impact of their adverse reactions on the body and on the clinical course of various diseases. Appropriate national pharmacovigilance mechanisms have been used in accordance with the recommendations of the European Medicines Agency (EMA). Results. For Vaxzevria vaccines [recombinant vaccine COVID-19 (ChAdOx1-S *)], Comirnaty vaccine [COVID-19 mRNA (embedded in lipid nanoparticles)], COVID-19 Modern Vaccine [COVID-19 mRNA (with modified nucleosides)] , COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen vaccine [Ad26.COV2-S [recombinant]) patients aged 45-64 years were the ones who developed the most common side effects (51.1%). Conclusions. The most common adverse reactions recorded with COVID-19 vaccines were: general and site-related disorders, nervous system disorders, musculoskeletal and connective tissue disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders, et |
