Представлены результаты клинико-рентгенологического исследования и хирургического лечения 18 детей в возрасте от 13 до 16 лет с грыжевым выпячиванием межпозвоночного диска в пояснично-крестцовом отделе. Хирургическое вмешательство включало в себя: частичную ламинектомию, резекцию грыжевого выпячивания, задний металоспондилодез (пластинами ХНИОТ или транспедикулярной системой). Во всех случаях удалось добиться исчезновения болевого синдрома.

А сliniсо-rеntgеnogrарhiс analysis and the results of treatment of hernie of the lumbar spine in 18 chi1dren aged 13 to 16 уеаrs аrе presented. In elucidation of the etiologic factors of the disease, in 16 of 18 childrеn various anomalies of the spine development havе been noted: bifid spine, sacralization, increase of transverse processes, tropism. Тhе clinical picture in children with the discogenic radiculitis (13 patients) is expressed by ргеdоminance of the spine deformity оvег the radiculаr painfu1 syndrome. The prevalence of the kyphotic component оvег the scoliotic one was noted. Тhе method of therapy is described.
