В статье представлены результаты исследования в группе из 124 женщин с риском социального сиротства установленного во время беременности или после рождения ребенка. Проведен анализ факторов определяющих риск социального сиротства, а также случаев брошенных детей в родильном доме. Успех профилактики социального сиротства в перинатальном периоде прямо зависит от объема и своевременности оказанной психосоциальной поддержки семьям с социальным риском.

In the article there are presented the results of a study on a group of 124 women with infantile abandon risk, identified during the pregnancy or after child’s birth. There were analyzed the determinant factors of abandon risk and of the cases of child abandon in the maternity. The success in the prevention of infantile abandon during the perinatal period depends directly on the opportunity and volume of the personalized psycho-social support offered to families with such social risk.
