Rezumat

Целью данного исследования было выявление клинико-параклинических особенностей олигоартикулярной формы ювенильного хронического артрита. В обследование было включено 207 детей отвечающих диагностическим критериям АКР (средний возраст 134,6±51,9 месяцев). Выявлено что олигоартикулярная форма ювенильного хронического артрита чаще всего дебютирует в возрасте до 5 лет, поражает в равной степени девочек и мальчиков (Д/М=1,1/1,0), в большей степени патологический процес поражает коленные и голеностопные суставы, в 82,1% случаев установлено вовлечение глаз. Необходимо отметить, что увеит в 79,5% случаев отмечен у девочек.

The goal of this research was to determine clinical and paraclinical aspects of oligo-arthritis form of the Juvenile Chronic Arthritis (JCA). 207 children, passing the JCA criteria (mean age of 134,6 51,9 months), were included in the research. In accordance with the questions of the special protocol, the following specifics of oligoarthritis form of JCA were analyzed: debut age, gender ratio, specifics of the joint syndrome, disease activity score according to the DAS index. As a result of the research, it was determined that the oligoarthritis form of JCA most often appears initially before the age of 5, strikes boys and girls equally often (G/B=1,1/1,0), and that the pathologic process affects the knee joint at a higher degree. In 82,1% of the cases it also damages the eyesight. It is important to note, that uveitis is found in 79,5% of cases among girls
