Результаты исследования показали, что после 5-7 дней применения иммуномодулятора Кипферон, идентичного человеческому лейкоцитарному интерферону, происходит коррекция иммунного дисбаланса, стимуляция интерфероногенеза, улучшаются показатели спирографии и клинического состояния детей. Кипферон может быть рекомендован в комплексном лечении бронхиальной астмы у детей в качестве эффективной меры третичной профилактики.

Children with asthma are prone to have acute respiratory infections which are due to the disordered regulations within the cytokine’s system. Results of the study show that after 5-7days of the administration of the immune modulator “Kipferon” identical to human leukocyte interferon, immune regulatory mechanisms are restored, interferon synthesis is stimulated and spirometry indices are improving. “Kipferon” may be recommended in the complex treatment of asthma at children as an effi cient measure of the tertiary prophylaxis.
