| Rezumat | ||||||
Discrimination is a feature of social life, being present in all the societies, under different modes of manifestation, from the individual and of group level to the community level. Equality is a fundamental truth of law, because it insures people that they are treated with all the respect, that they possess the rights that all the human beings deserve. The juridical principle of equality implies: to treat everyone equally, to solve all kind of conflict problems, of legal problems, without any discrimination. |
