The problems of establishing the subjective constitutive elements of the offences committed in the field of products and services consumption are analyzed in the present article. The author examines the signs of the subjective side of the offences provided by article 213, 216, 254-256 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova. When characterizing the offence’s subject, the following signs are taken into consideration: the feature of physical or juridical person, the minimum age for penal responsibility, the responsibility and the special signs (depends on the case). |
