The necessity of delimitation of the material object and immaterial object of the offence is analyzed in the present article. The opinions of different scientists, like V.Ia. Tatii, A.G. Bratko, S. Brinza, S.S. Alexeev, B.S. Nikiforov, A.F. Berner, H. Otto and others are presented, analyzed and debated. Nevertheless there is a series of offences that have neither the material object nor the immaterial one. Examples of immaterial objects, like different types of information, software, electricity and others are brought into discussion. |
