The article represents a retrospective analysis of the rehabilitation of the person in the penal process. The idea of rehabilitation of the innocent person whom a penal punishment or measures of procedural penal constraints were applied, exists from ancient times. The evolution of the conception of the person rehabilitation in the legislature and social conciseness on the territory of Republic of Moldova has passed through five stages. |
