With the proclamation of independence and sovereignty of Republic of Moldova there appeared the necessity of training law personnel of higher qualification, able to understand, realize and promote the new, democratic juridical institutions, standards and principles of law in the national legislation and in the daily activity of the new state - Republic of Moldova. At present, reproduction of scientific personnel represents one of the activity spheres of any civilized state. A well regulated system of training scientific personnel and confirmation of the respective degrees constitute the basis of the reproduction of scientific potential of a country. |
