The human being is a social relations product and the society primary element. As a subject of social relations and producer of such relations, the human being has the capacity to be the bearer of rights and obligations which the physical or legal person is exercising in person or by means of another person. When solving some presumptions there appear to help us those which are the anticipation of our mind regarding an insufficiently known situation, or just apparently known, but which is considered to be known, taking into account what the natural order of things allows to be accomplished. |
