This article contains the main provisions concerning inheritance, legal framework, comparison elements of the institute of inheritance with other similar institutes from the civil law. It describes the particularities of the inheritance according to the legislation in force and according to the doctrine. Also there are described the main types of the inheritance testamentary succession and statutory succession. |
