This article embraces reflections regarding the increase of the rule of law in the informational society as a major mechanism for the regulation of social relations. The great demand of the informational society for the legal regulation of social relations, that arise in an informational society, lead to the need for the development of the informational legal environment in Republic of Moldova. The author of this article considers that it is necessary to develop „Informational Law” as an educational discipline. Actually, this is of major importance, first of all, for the training of professionals in this area in at Moldova State University and at other higher educational institutions of the country.
