The author analyzes the structure and the content of the baneful deed in the context of robbery offence. The objective side of the robbery is expressed by the baneful deed that represents the attack committed on a person, with the purpose to defalcate this person’s goods, applying the violence that is perilous for the person’s life or health or threatening to apply this type of violence. The author thoroughly analyzes the content of the „attack”, „violence” and „threat” notion; he presents and compares the opinions of different scientists and the stipulations of the diverse law of Republic of Moldova and other countries. The author presents and argues her opinion and gives suggestions for improving the discussed domain in the Moldovan legislature.
