The purpose of this article is to present a different concept regarding the study of the object of the criminal law. Essential extension of the sphere of the criminal legal object can distort the nature of the criminal law, that is an exception from the entire system of law. The confusion between conflict and compliance relationships is generated by the confusion between the “study object” and “functions of the criminal law” Thus, one of the functions of the criminal law is prevention of crimes, but as an object there appears only the conflict of legal relationships. |
