According to the principle of legality the criminal trial must be carried on accordance with dispositions stipulated by law. That is why all the participants at the criminal trial can act just in the way the law allows and only respecting all legal conditions. In order to guarantee the application of the principle of legality in criminal trials legal sanctions are initiated, which aim at preventing delinquencies, at annulling acts performed with violation of criminal procedure law and when possible to remake the dissolved legal acts. |
