The existence and measure of guaranteeing and respecting the human rights in a society are the conclusive criteria in determining the role of man in the respective society and, finely, of its level of development. In order to influence the solution of social problems which have appeared in the result of liberalization of the world economy, like creating jobs, clearing off unemployment, raising the living standards, OIM should assume the role of the driving force in the implementation by every country of the international legislation as to human rights. At present the conventions and recommendations of OIM are extremely useful for Republic of Moldova. The right to labor is a constitutional right of every citizen, but we know the general rule which tells us that to every right there is a corresponding obligation and to every obligation there is a corresponding right. |
