The institute for conditional liberation from detention before time presents an interest for the penal doctrine as well as for the law courts that use this kind of release from detention according to the severity of violation committed by the convict, his behaviour within the penitentiary as well as the respect of certain obligations linked with the execution of certain period of the penalty given by the court of law. Thus, the institute for conditional liberation from detention before time, as a way release from detention presents a special interest in practice, therefore it is quite important to acknowledge the conditions of its application and furthermore its consequences. |
