| Rezumat | ||||||
The present study honors a juridical-comparative analysis of the penal stipulations regarding the crime of illegally enterprising activity practice. Respectively, there are examined the similarities and differences that mark the settlement of responsibility for the above-mentioned crime in the Penal Code of Republic of Moldova, on one hand, and in the Penal Model-Code of the Community of the Independent States, in the Penal Code of the Russian Federation, in the Penal Code of the Ukraine, as well as in the Penal Code of the Republic of Armenia, on the other hand. The author’s conclusions and recommendations aim at making more efficient the penal protection of the legal practice of an enterprising activity in Republic of Moldova. |
