The present investigation represents a juridical-comparative analyze of the normative stipulations regarding the crimes against the family and the minors in Swedish, Danish and Norwegian legislation. The present research does not limit itself only to describing these states systems of law regulations. There are pointed out the similarities and the differences concerning the manner of regulating the responsibility for crimes against the family and the minors in the criminal laws of those three Scandinavian countries and of the Republic of Moldova Criminal Code. The obtained results may be used in the legislative improvement process of the art. 201-210 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova. |
