This article is dedicated to the examination of abilities of the objective side of the illegal flow of plants which contain narcotic or psychotropic substances, with or without the goal of selling. All the concepts that determine the normative and factual ways of the corresponding prejudicial actions are analyzed. The moment of committing a criminal offense id searched. It is explained why the analyzed penal actions are formal criminal offenses, but not material criminal offenses. |
