The institution of rehabilitation of the person in the penal trial of some states from the Commonwealth of the Independent States is analyzed in the present article. The stipulations from the Procedural Penal Code of Belarus Republic, Kazakhstan Republic, and the Ukraine are brought into discussion. The similarities and differences between the legislature referring to the mentioned institution of Moldova and other countries of the Commonwealth of the Independent States are underlined. |
