The present research is dedicated to the analysis of the objective and subjective sides, of the object of the criminal offense of organizing illegal migration. The attention is pointed out to the contradictory aspects of the objective side’s structure of the respective criminal offense, of the moment of consumption of the criminal offense, of the component of targeted goal of the criminal.
