In the framework of this study, it is analyzed the offence victim matter, prevented in the art. 286 PC RM, namely of the subject involved in the social relations regarding the execution of prison retribution, connected with the penal enforceable work throughout which is brought forward to the realization of the procedural court instance act the act that leads to the establishment of the retribution. Especially, it is performed a careful heed for the following persons categories peculiar features, which are eventually acting as victims of the offence prevented in art. 286 PC RM: the convicted of his way to correction; the attorney of the prison institution administration.
