The international guarantee to settle a conflicts has a supranational dimension. It meant that if state was ready to accept some mechanisms to solve conflict, it had to assign one part of its sovereignty to guarantee the conflict resolution. With a view of peace settlement of the conflict, it is necessary for Southeastern European states to apply such means that would not restrain their sovereignty. The conflicts resolution in Southeastern Europe, with involving of two important international actors NATO and EU, occurred to use mechanisms of peace agreements, in order to avoid military collision. In this case, such mechanisms as agreements “Berlin Plus”, and “Dejton” were used. This event had a huge value as for the first time NATO and EU have resorted to a joint cooperation with a purpose to establish regional security in case of armed conflict. |
