The sovereignty is the main characteristic of a state, the background equally from political and legal measure of the state quality, as a subject of international law. During the process of state enlighten the hardest target to attend is fulfilling of the sovereignty in a complete measure at the national and international level. Therewith, the sovereignty is the main determinant element for existence and functioning of the state, being developed in the same time as the state appearance, being as old as the state and being inseparable of it.

Cуверенитет это основной элемент государства, политико-правовой фундамент, подразумевающий неотчуждаемое качество субъекта международно права. В процессе построения государственности, наиболее сложной задачей является осуществление суверенитета в полном объеме как на внешнем, так и на внутреннем уровне. Вместе с тем, суверенитет, являясь составным, определяющим элементом существования и функционтрования государста, является неотделимым от него.
