Rezumat

The decisive moment of independence and sovereignty confi rmation and consolidation of Moldavian State constitutes the adoption of act of independence by the Parliament of Republic of Moldova, also the Declaration of Independence at the 27 august 1991, which requests from all the states, governments and the world, the recognition of this independence and expresses the desire to establish diverse relations with all the states and in the same tame was addressing to UN to be admitted as a member of UN and into its specialised institutions and other such requests very necessary to Republic of Moldova as a new sovereign and independent state. Subsequently, is registered as an important factor, the recognition of the new Moldavian State by the world states, an act that will bring to its registration into international community as a member with equal rights. Till now, Republic of Moldova was recognised by 150 states, with majority of these having diplomatic relations, either from state to state, or inside on multiple diplomatic missions.
