The features of organizational stress of the employers from banks area. The organizational stress is on of the problems of our modern society, being deducted of professional life, the work environment; in this way there are a lot of consequences to professional activity, also to those employers. The bank environment involve different activities full of stress what affect the health, the work performance and efficiency and also the family relationship between the employers. The bank system is marked by high level of organizational stress from the psychological point of view. The over work charge , also the special requests to manage the activities of different units, departments from the bank system, a lot of changes in the employers instructions , high responsibilities, the exactly operating with numbers and the strict program of work (including very often overtime work hours, and missing of days off) goes to tridness, over exertion, the decrease of work capacity to those people who works in the bank system of work. All of these factors make tension in any banks. Also I've mention that the financial stability also quiet high do not covers all of stress and tension from the employers' life and their work. Ll of these aspects were related in the article above based on ten researched realized on 50 banks employers of 23 – 50 years old. |
