O n no account, the article had no intention to treat in details the various problems the invention examination faces with in many offices of industrial property, mainly in those belonging to the states in transition from the centralized economy, “made to order”, to the market economy. However, I believe that of those several previously presented elements outcomes the fact that even within the OSIM the financial efforts and, especially, those emotional of interhuman communication it is taken into account or it should be taken into account the human factor, a decisive element in any strategy of normal development of an organization. The said orientation of efforts of the decisive factors relies on the reality according to which the level of professional training as well as that of motivation of the personnel shall be paid at least the same attention as the technique is.
