In order to analyze the social axiological present, it is of paramount importance to stress
the ontological status of the value as such, which reveals that axiological universe is determined
by the existential and emotional universe of the person/human being.
The issue of the status of the value is a controversial one, as the history of philosophy
shapes several opinions on the way of the existence and manifestation of these entities.
