Rezumat | ||||||
The Black Sea Region may be regarded as a turntable between South-East Eu-
rope, Central Asia and the Middle East. The place itself is a tangle of weighty and
relentless political, economic and military interests, not only from regional states, but
also from the more influential global actors. A complex, flexible combination of these
interests is apt to provide security in this area. The countries in the Black Sea Region
have constantly been in search of cooperation formulas meant to improve bilateral
relations and preserve the security background in the area.
