The paper is dedicated to the investigation under all aspects of the similarities and differences that characterise the penal responsibility for offences against the family and the minor in the penal legislations of France and Spain and, respectively, in the criminal Code of Republic of Moldova. The object of the research is formed by: bigamy, illegal marriage, illegal adoption, family abandonment, jeopardizing the minor, etc. The paper concludes with recommendations of implementing the legislative experience of Spain and France in the settlement of penal responsibility for offences against the family and minor in the penal law of Republic of Moldova. |
