Rape is considered to be one of the main crimes against sexual life of the person. The problems regarding the objective side of this crime are various and different, that is why it is necessary to research the crime of rape according to its criminal structure and specific features. This article has the purpose to establish the content of rape according to the objective side and to examine the opinion from the point of view of criminal law theory regarding this issue. |
